Countywide Education Access Specialist

Essex County Council (ECC) is seeking an Education Access Coordinator to support pupils unable to access or retain a school place. You will collaborate with schools, families, and partners to promote access to education and secure suitable provision, especially for those facing behavioural or health-related barriers.

The role requires excellent interpersonal and partnership-working skills, with a focus on engaging families, reducing risks, and achieving positive educational outcomes.
