The role
You will join a personal injury team and support claims from the first client contact through to closing the file. Day to day that means taking and entering client details, running searches on the case system, booking appointments, drafting letters and keeping records up to date. You will often be the first person clients and colleagues speak to, so a calm and helpful manner matters.
What you will need
No legal background is needed. You will need to be organised, careful with detail and able to juggle a few things at once. You should be professional, respect client confidentiality and have a real interest in building a career in law.
