Job Description:
Oldham Council’s Heritage, Libraries & Arts service is seeking a Customer Experience Assistant to help deliver an excellent customer experience across libraries and archives, serving diverse users and stakeholders.
The role includes assisting with ICT and information enquiries, and working a rota that includes evenings and Saturdays at Lees and Royton libraries, on a permanent contract for 18.5 hours per week.
