Bilingual HR Advisor – Employee Relations (UK/ME)

RTX is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the UKI & Middle East People Services team. In this hybrid role, you’ll provide first-line HR support to managers across the UK, Ireland and Middle East, handling absence, performance, disciplinary matters and ER guidance.

You’ll own a caseload, coach managers, collaborate with Centers of Expertise, and use ServiceNow/Workday to record cases. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential, CIPD Level 5, and strong HR policy knowledge.
