As a Retail Assistant in our Ski Clothing Department, you’ll help customers choose the right ski apparel for comfort, performance, and style on the slopes. You’ll share your enthusiasm for skiing and outdoor life while delivering excellent customer service.
What you’ll be doing
Helping customers choose ski clothing & accessories to suit their needs
Offering advice on layering, technical fabrics, & product care
Sharing your expertise, product knowledge, & passion for skiing
Working with your team to deliver excellent service & create a welcoming environment
Maintaining store displays & stock presentation
Completing daily store operations accurately & efficiently
Who you are
Passionate about skiing & outdoor sports
A confident communicator with good people skills
Enjoy helping customers & creating a welcoming experience
Eager to learn & keep up with brands, trends, & product developments
Honest, hardworking, & team-focused
Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, & holidays
Fluent in English; extra languages are a plus
