Mental Health IPS Employment Specialist

South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to deliver an effective employment service for people with severe mental health conditions. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, collaborate with employers, and support clients to identify goals and create action plans for work.

The role involves one-to-one coaching by multiple channels, maintaining records, and engaging with the Work Well network across Croydon, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark.
