Child & Youth Social Worker – Case Management & Advocacy

KPMSUK is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our in-house social work team on a full-time basis. You will oversee placements for children and young people, ensure safety, and manage case work from referral to outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with local authorities, shape risk and support plans, advocate for young people, and uphold confidentiality while delivering compassionate care. East London head office with visits to services.
