Hybrid HR Advisor – ER Specialist for Fast-Paced Teams

You will provide practical HR advice, coach line managers, manage a busy employee relations caseload, and support the full employee lifecycle. The role is hybrid with 4 days onsite and 1 day from home, based near Leicester.
