Talent Acquisition Tech Lead (Recruitment Systems)

Center Parcs UK & Ireland is seeking a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist to own and develop our recruitment technology landscape. You will act as SME for Dayforce Recruit and related platforms, driving improvements, data insights and compliant processes across TA teams.

This hybrid role (2 days in the office) is based at Forest House, Ollerton, offering a blend of operational system management and strategic implementation to enhance candidate experiences and hiring outcomes.
