ER-Focused HR Generalist | Hybrid, North West & Yorkshire

Mission Search is partnering with a large and expanding Multi-Academy Trust to recruit an experienced HR Consultant / HR Generalist to provide hands-on HR support across its growing network of schools.

This role is a 4-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start, offering hybrid working and travel between Trust sites across the North West and Yorkshire. The role emphasizes employee relations and performance management while supporting managers across multiple schools.
