JJ SEARCH LIMITED in London is seeking a Compensation & Benefits specialist for a part-time role (3 days a week, 8:30am–5pm) based in London. You will oversee payroll submissions, manage the benefits cycle, and support salary and bonus reviews in a prestigious Wealth Management firm.

You will work with HR colleagues to prepare remuneration communications, provide MI on compensation and benefits, and drive efficient benefit provision while leveraging advanced Excel skills.
