People & Payroll Administrator — HRIS & Onboarding

Alternative Heat Ltd. in Banbridge is seeking a meticulous People Administrator to support payroll, onboarding and employee lifecycle administration within the People and Talent team.

You will maintain HRIS data, generate reports and KPIs, ensure GDPR-compliant processes, and act as a first point of contact for staff and managers. The role offers stable permanent employment with a Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm schedule.
