Hotel Manager: Lead Teams & Earn Bonuses

Travelodge Cheltenham is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead, coach and motivate the hotel teams on a full-time basis, delivering an outstanding customer experience at all times. You will develop personal development plans, recruit and induct staff, and ensure brand-standard food service where applicable.

You will maximise food and beverage sales, review customer feedback, maintain cleanliness and safety, manage rosters and banking, and drive engagement through incentives across the team.
