Job Description:
Essex & Kent Police is seeking a Performance Analyst to develop, maintain and evolve the Force’s Resource Allocation Modelling (RAM) capability. You will analyse data to inform strategic decisions, produce dashboards and visualisations, and support forecasting and efficiency improvements.
The role can be office-based or home-based with attendance at Sittingbourne as required. A full UK driving licence is preferred, and the team collaborates closely with Kent Police and Essex Police stakeholders.
