Information Technology Support Engineer

Profectus Recruitment is working with a growing organisation looking to add an IT Support Engineer to its internal IT team.

This is a varied role offering a mix of helpdesk support, infrastructure administration and project work. You’ll support users across multiple sites, helping to maintain and improve the systems the business relies on every day.

Key responsibilities:

• – Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users
• – Supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Azure environments
• – Building, deploying and maintaining end-user devices
• – Troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues
• – Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
• – Assisting with system upgrades, migrations and IT projects
• – Maintaining documentation and supporting IT best practice

What we’re looking for:

• – Previous experience in an IT support role
• – Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• – Experience with Intune and Azure
• – Good understanding of networking fundamentals
• – Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• – Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
