Mexa Solutions LTD is seeking a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer for an onsite role in Fareham, Hampshire. You will support diverse client environments, handling Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint and networking tasks, while learning from experienced engineers.

You’ll troubleshoot desk‑side and server issues, configure devices, manage permissions, onboard new users, and ensure tickets meet SLAs. A full UK driving licence is beneficial.
