Software Engineering Graduate – Rotational Development Path

Thales is seeking applicants for its 3-year Engineering Development Programme in the United Kingdom. The programme offers a rotation in Year 3 around Thales sites, with sponsorship from the Engineering Leadership team and a structured learning pathway to fast track development as an engineer.

Candidates will gain accredited professional development through the IET, IMechE and RAeS and may explore external secondments.
