This is the freelance activity and looking for an immediate joiners for this backfill role.

• Field IT support and end-user device troubleshooting
• Desktop/laptop/printer break-fix support
• Hardware replacement and OEM/warranty coordination
• Asset management, tagging, imaging, and GAMS-related activities
• Depot and stock management
• Smart Hands support for engineering/lab environments
• Network, LAN/WAN and connectivity support
• Conference room, AV, and VVIP support
• Server room and network Smart Hands support
• Local printer support
• Incident and Service Request management
• Vendor coordination and dispatch-site support
• Cybersecurity and vulnerability-related on-site support
• Knowledge Article, SOP, and site-specific documentation
• VIP support and critical incident handling
