Multi-Site School Facilities & Safety Assistant

Chiltern Way Academy Trust is seeking a reliable school caretaker to support the safety, security and upkeep of our Buckinghamshire sites. You will perform routine maintenance, open and close buildings, and help create a clean, welcoming learning environment for students and staff.

The role requires a self-motivated, pro-active team player with a valid driving license and flexibility to work across all sites. An enhanced DBS check and adherence to GDPR are part of our safeguarding commitments.
