Are you an IT Support Technician, looking to take the next step in your career within an established and growing engineering organisation?
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day IT support while also playing a key role in improving how business-critical systems connect, share information and support decision-making across the organisation.
Alongside the hands-on support element, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills across reporting, Power BI and Power Automate, helping to improve dashboards, workflows and the consolidation of business information.
The organisation operates across multiple regional offices and major project environments, giving you exposure to a varied technical landscape and the opportunity to work with stakeholders across different areas of the business.
This position would suit somebody with IT support experience looking for an interesting and varied role with scope beyond day-to-day support.
The Role:
- Provide first-line IT support across regional offices and project sites
- Deliver IT training and support continuous improvement
- Ongoing training and development
The Candidate:
- Previous IT support experience
- Knowledge of Power BI/Power Automate or willingness to learn
