Hybrid In-House Paralegal – Construction & Contracts

Tilbury Douglas is seeking a Paralegal to join the in-house Legal Team in Birmingham. You will gain hands‑on experience in construction, contract law and disputes, while engaging with stakeholders across the business.

The role requires collaboration across sites with a mix of on-site and remote work. You will support contract reviews, drafting amendments, drafting guidance, and legal research, while developing commercial awareness in a small, but strong team of four lawyers.
