Residential Conveyancer (supporting a Team Leader)

The firm

A well established independent law firm in Leicester acting for individuals and businesses, with a large residential conveyancing department made up of several teams.

The role

You will work alongside a team leader and a paralegal to move residential files forward.

• Deal with sale enquiries and client contact
• Review mortgage offers and searches
• Check title and raise enquiries
• Draft reports to clients
• Handle completion paperwork, SDLT returns and Help to Buy documents

What you will need

• Experience of running your own conveyancing caseload
• Confidence across a wide range of residential matters
• An organised, proactive approach
• Happy working closely in a team
