Night-Shift Food Assistant — Fast-Paced Customer Expert

Marks & Spencer Plc is hiring a Customer Assistant in our Food section. You will be on night shifts and play a frontline role, delivering five-star service while handling high customer demand.

You may be asked to work up to full-time hours in December, and an additional £3.00 per hour unsocial premium applies between 22:00 and 06:00. We require down-to-earth colleagues who thrive under pressure, embrace change, and use Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.
