KIKO MILANO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to act as a commercial leader, people developer, and brand ambassador on the shop floor. You partner with the Store Manager to drive exceptional store performance and customer experience.

In this role you will coach and develop the team, recruit and onboard talent, and translate strategy into day-to-day actions while maintaining brand standards. You will lead in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring consistent leadership and results.
