Luxury Customer Experience & Operations Executive

Strathberry is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Edinburgh. Reporting to the Head of Customer Relations, you will handle inquiries, support operations, and help drive improvements to ensure seamless, personal customer interactions across our growing luxury brand.

We value a proactive, detail-oriented approach and 1–3 years’ relevant experience. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to Strathberry’s global growth.
