Property Manager (HMO/LA) – On-Site & Office

Niyaa People Ltd in Bristol is seeking a proactive Property Manager to coordinate placements from over 100 Local Authority Partners across self-contained and HMO properties. You will liaise with the office team to ensure reservations operate smoothly and support vulnerable people.

Based in the office and on-site five days a week, you will handle checkouts, inspections, meter readings, and contractor access, while building strong relationships to deliver high-quality service and repeat bookings.
