Job Description:
Capital City College is seeking a Kings Trust Assistant Team Leader to support the delivery of The King’s Trust Team Programme for 16–25s, including recruitment, planning, delivery and evaluation of a 12-week course while providing pastoral support and encouragement to participants.
The role is fixed-term, full-time (35 hours per week) ending 31 July 2027, within a supportive, inclusive team and with collaboration with referral partners to ensure high-quality learner experiences.
