Retail Shift Manager — Lead Store Operations & Team

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to keep the store running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You’ll motivate your team, manage operations in the Store Manager’s absence, and ensure the best possible shopper experience.

We offer competitive pay (£16.30–£16.80 per hour) and benefits including 30–35 days holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave, pension and long service awards. Bank holiday and night shift uplifts apply.
