Hybrid Service Desk Technician – Remote & Onsite Support

Cambridge Judge Business School is seeking a Service Desk Technician to provide first line support to staff and students, with deskside and remote assistance and a weekend rota to support teaching delivery.

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with the Service Desk Team Leader and wider IT staff. Training is provided, and you will engage in ongoing professional development as part of your role.
