Fleet & Customer Support Specialist (Mon–Fri)

Enterprise Mobility in Thetford is seeking a Customer Assistance Representative to support our Flex-E-Rent division. You will deliver excellent customer service in person, over the phone and by email, manage vehicle bookings and fleet systems, and help build strong customer relationships.

Starting salary is £28,166.35 with a planned £1,000 increase on completion of training, and clear progression to senior roles within 10–12 months.
