Environmental Services: Customer Care Specialist (12-Month)

Serco in Watton is seeking a Customer Service Agent in our Environmental Services team. You will be the first point of contact for the public, delivering excellent service and resolving a wide range of enquiries while ensuring our services run smoothly.

This on-site, fixed-term 12-month contract requires Monday–Friday 9:00–17:30 with some flexibility. You will record data in CRM systems, assist reception, process payments, and contribute to continuous improvement.
