Fire Safety Scheduler – Coordinating Engineers & Permits

Ventro Group is seeking an organised Contract Scheduler to join the Active Fire team in Birmingham. This office-based role is based in Oldbury, with relocation planned to Oldbury in early 2027.

You will schedule and dispatch engineers, raise permits and purchase orders, and manage customer invoicing using CRM or CAFM systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong scheduling and IT skills, with experience in administration or customer service in a busy environment.
