Communication Support Worker – BSL Level 3 – East London

Are you a Communication Support Worker looking for your next opportunity within further education?

Morgan Hunt is keen to hear from candidates with BSL Level 2 or Level 3 who are interested in supporting deaf and hearing-impaired learners in college settings across East London.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting learners’ communication and access to lessons.
• Working alongside teaching staff to help students participate fully.
• Encouraging learners’ confidence and independence.
• Supporting an inclusive learning environment.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• A BSL Level 2 or Level 3 qualification.
• Experience supporting deaf or hearing-impaired learners.
• Strong communication skills and a patient, supportive approach.
• Experience in education, ideally within further education.
