Seasonal Multichannel Customer Advisor – Nottingham

Pertemps Leicester is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to join our Nottingham office on a fixed-term basis until 31 December 2026. The role covers multiple channels including phone, email, live chat and social media, with a focus on delivering friendly, professional service and accurate information.

The successful candidate will handle high volumes, averaging 80+ calls per day in peak periods, while maintaining excellent customer care and working effectively within a busy team.
