Marks & Spencer in Fareham is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations. You’ll be the backstage powerhouse, handling stock, deliveries and behind-the-scenes tasks to keep the shop floor full, clean and ready for customers.
The role is physically demanding and high‑intensity. Weekend/evening shifts include Sun 16:30–20:30, Wed 18:00–22:00 and Thu 18:00–22:00. Applicants must be over 18 and prepared for possible full-time hours during busy weeks.
