Learning Support Assistant – SEND & Reading Interventions

Reeson Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a Tower Hamlets primary school to support pupils across the classroom and in targeted interventions. The role starts November 2026 and offers ongoing support from a dedicated SENCO and teaching team.

You will work one-to-one and in small groups, help pupils access the curriculum, deliver reading, phonics and maths support, and monitor progress while promoting positive behaviour.
