Key responsibilities

  • Manage supplier reconciliations, pricing data, rebate accruals and claims.

  • Maintain accurate supplier, product and catalogue data, including price file uploads and new part setup.

  • Support stock controls, vehicle stock requests, audits, transfers and leaver processes.
  • Investigate purchase order and supplier queries, identifying root causes and supporting resolution.

  • Work closely with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, operational teams and suppliers.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, data quality and cost control.

  • Maintain clear procedures and records to support compliance and audit requirements.

Skills

  • Highly organised, analytical and detail-focused, with the ability to manage large datasets and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, filtering and reconciliations.

  • Experience in procurement, finance, stock control or a similar environment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong numeracy, problem-solving and attention to detail.

  • A proactive approach to process improvement and resolving issues.

  • GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
