Room Manager: Lead Early Years Team & Curriculum

Cherubs Nurseries in the United Kingdom is seeking a Room Manager to drive excellence in your room/unit, coaching Apprentices and Qualified Early Years Educators while delivering Cherubs’ ambitious curriculum and standards.

You will balance children, parents, your team and the business, lead handovers, and work with the Head of Nursery to ensure smooth transitions and robust record-keeping. The role includes room checks, planning, and contributing to a positive learning environment.
