Office-Based Compliance Planner: Inspections & Scheduling Lead

Mears Group PLC is seeking an organised and proactive Planner to join our Compliance team in the Wakefield or Darlington office. The role coordinates inspection, survey, and compliance activities across NEYH and Northern Ireland, ensuring timetables are met and records are accurate.

You will report to the local AASC Programme Manager and contribute to planning, workflow management, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement within the housing portfolio.
