Customer Advisor, Trade Counter — Build Relationships

B&Q plc is seeking a TradePoint Customer Advisor to assist TradePoint members, building relationships and understanding their business needs. You will listen, advise and sell relevant products and services to help customers save time and money.

You will thrive in a fast paced retail environment, delivering a great customer experience while contributing to team goals and loyalty program sign-ups. A rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays is required.
