Strategic Business Development Executive

WTW is seeking a Business Development Executive in the North/Scotland region to act as the first point of contact for targeted organisations. You will research and engage senior decision-makers by phone, email and LinkedIn, securing meetings for senior sales colleagues and specialists.

You will also help deliver WTW’s events programme, driving engagement and attendance, while maintaining accurate CRM data and collaborating with regional teams to shape messaging and insights.
