Customer Success Executive – Renewals & Expansion (Remote)

MPLC seeks an Associate Customer Success Executive to join our Customer Success Team. You will own a portfolio of existing customers, minimize churn, and drive renewal and expansion revenue by ensuring license coverage for all sites and locations.

You will handle objections calmly, coordinate with internal teams, and monitor renewals with a proactive, outbound outreach cadence to ensure on-time payments and compliance.
