Hybrid Customer Support Advisor – Animal Charity

Dogs Trust in Manchester is seeking a Customer Support Centre Advisor to be the first point of contact for supporters, adopters and customers. This permanent, full-time role is hybrid, based in our Manchester contact centre one day per week with the remainder from home.

You will handle calls and emails with empathy, follow our policies, and record interactions in in-house systems. The role requires excellent listening skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
