Maintenance Technician

I’m currently recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to join the operational team of a leading BTR business.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the go-to person for all maintenance on site, keeping buildings, grounds, amenities and communal areas clean, safe and working properly. You’ll also be a friendly face for residents, so great customer service matters as much as technical skill.

What you’ll be doing:

• Completing work orders raised from resident requests
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs in line with policies, procedures and safety standards
• Carrying out inspections, repairs and general upkeep of apartments and communal spaces
• Keeping accurate records and completing service documentation on time
• Delivering excellent customer service in every resident interaction
• Working as part of a collaborative, open team

What I’m looking for:

• Experience in maintenance or a similar technical trade
• A track record of great customer service in a resident-facing role
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A professional, approachable and well-mannered style
• A proactive team player who pays attention to detail and follows procedures
