Café Customer Associate: Fast, Five-Star Service

Marks & Spencer plc in Plymouth is recruiting for a role in the M&S Café, a fast-paced, hands-on position at the heart of our store. You will help customers, prepare and serve food and drinks, and ensure the café runs smoothly during peak times.

You’ll be a brand ambassador, using store tools to take and fulfil orders quickly, upholding strict food safety standards and delivering five-star service even when the cafe is busiest. Flexibility to adapt is essential.
