Graduate BPMO: Bid & Project Management Rotations

Thales UK invites graduates to join a two-year BPMO rotational programme across multiple UK sites, with on-site and hybrid working options. You’ll study for the APM Projects Fundamentals Qualification and rotate through Project Planning, Bid Management and Project Management roles.

You will gain hands-on experience, complete placements across locations such as Crawley, Glasgow, Bristol, Reading and more, and build a professional network while developing bid and project management skills.
