Marks & Spencer Exeter is recruiting a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section to deliver style advice and five-star service on the shop floor.

You’ll drive sales, help customers discover our latest fashion items, and act as a confident brand ambassador in a fast-paced, digitally enabled environment using the Sparks App and in-store devices.

Flexibility is essential, with early shifts and potential full-time hours during the Christmas weeks as operations require.
