Store Shift Lead — Lead Customer Experience & Safety

B&Q Witney is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. You’ll coordinate staffing, support the store during shifts, and act as the first point of contact for customers while upholding safety standards.
