BSL & SSE Communication Support for Students

MidKent College is seeking a specialist communication support postholder to assist deaf and hearing-impaired students, enabling access to learning, assessments, enrichment activities and wider college life.

The role uses BSL and SSE to facilitate effective two-way communication between students, staff and peers, and includes Learning Support Assistant duties to help learners access programmes, develop independence and progress, across all college activities and events.
