Resident Communications Lead – Building Safety

MTVH in London is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to join our Building Safety team and help deliver surveys and remedial works while keeping residents informed and engaged. You will be the voice of the customer, coordinating with services, surveyors and internal teams, manage enquiries and issues, and help provide tailored support while ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
